In this post I share my favourite places to eat and drink in Seville, Spain!
For the health foodie:
Cocome is perfect if you’re looking for a healthy meal or have any allergies or intolerances because everything is prepared in front of you, to your order. You can have salads, wraps, sandwiches, dips, sauces, soups, smoothies… The list goes on! It is yummy and delicious! The decor is fresh and stylish. The portions are very generous and it is so very reasonably priced!
Address: Calle Tarifa, Sevilla, 41002

For Spanish tapas:
These two tapas bars are situated in the most beautiful street, a few steps away from the Cathedral on one side and the Jewish Quarter on the other.
Cerveceria Giralda
The first I discovered when I visited Sevilla for a conference with my lovely colleagues. We were so excited to stay and discover a bit of Sevilla whilst we were there and found this lovely spot. The decor is traditional yet quirky; you will find beautiful tiles and wood work. The menu is exactly what you would expect from a traditional tapas bar and you will find all your favourites there.
Address: 1 Calle Mateos Gago, Sevilla, 41004
Price: £ around 3-4 euros for one tapas

Casa Tomate
The next tapas bar is at the other side of the street. Another traditional tapas bar with a lovely terazza outside where you can people watch the hours away. The waiters were friendly and the food was delicious! I really recommend trying the ‘Berenjenas fritas con miel de caña’ which is a traditional dish from the south of Spain. This was one of my favourite places to eat!
Address: 24 Calle Mateos Gago, Sevilla, 41004
Price: £ around 3-4 euros for one tapas

For the modern mediterranean twist:
El Pinton
This restaurant is decorated beautifully, with an elegant nod to the Real Alcazar de Sevilla with its wall tiles and arches, yet still with a modern vibe. The food here was devine! The ambiance lovely. They have an outdoor terrace. They also specialize in cocktails. I highly recommend it!
Address: 42 Calle Francos, Sevilla
Price: ££

For the cocktail and sunset lovers:
Pura Vida Terraza (pure life/ simple life)
This roof terrace is the perfect place to sit with a drink in hand and watch the sunset over The Cathedral of Sevilla. The pink fluffy clouds will only be sweetened by your rose, cocktail or gin tonic which you got from the bar. This place is an experience. Please go and thank me later…
Address: 6 Calle Segovia, Sevilla, 41004
